The primary objective of this MOU is to carry out Research and Development activities required by industry. Facilities available at Si’Tarc and PSGCT will be utilized in these research activities.

  • Referred and sponsored by various industries to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and for cost-effective manufacturing.
  • To design and develop new products and technology.
  • To study and evaluate performance of a product for its endurance, life cycle evaluation.
  • To organize training programmes for the benefit of industries in Metrology & Instrumentation,
  • Design of Motors and Pumps,
  • Quality control system, HR and personality development programmes,
  • Re-engineering, Value Engineering etc.

Scope of Cooperation:

The Areas of cooperation will include:

  • Programs offered by TUV as part of its portfolio that are provided elsewhere in the world and these that are felt desirable and feasible to be launched in India after assessing the requirement thereof by both the parties.
  • The consultancy and service opportunities that are available in India and elsewhere which are not conflicting with the services provided by TUV and Si’Tarc to its exiting clients.
  • The area of co-operation shall be within the geographical borders of India.
  • The terms of cooperation for each specific activity implemented under this Memorandum of understanding shall be mutually discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to the initiation of that activity.
